We have an immediate part-time, temporary 3 month position available for a Sales Administrator to provide sales support to the Directors and Business Development Managers in the UK and USA. The focus for this role will be on sales administration for both our own Routescene brand of products and additionally the third party products we distribute.
Summary of the role
Salary: £18,000 pro-rata

Based at Timber Bush, Leith, Edinburgh
We are seeking a methodical, organised person offering attention to detail to handle initial email and telephone enquiries, data capture in the CRM and the production of quotes. In addition there are a number of business support tasks including indexing documents to create a document vault.
Attributes and skills required of the successful candidate
- Methodical, organised and efficient
- Excellent communicator in both the written and spoken form
- Good numeracy to produce quotes
- Accuracy and attention to detail to populate the CRM
- A team player with a positive attitude and ability to work in a small team
Experience with the following tools is desirable
- Cloud based CRM
- Document and spreadsheet applications such as OpenOffice, Excel or Word
Hours of work 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day Monday – Friday. In return we offer an attractive salary, 20 days holiday plus 8 public holidays pro-rata.
